HIM-lead sketch

Yep. I did it. I took a chance and drew him. It's the lead singer of HIM. *dances* I have achieved a likeness too! Even if it IS a vauge likeness ^_^; Done in, surprisingly, a little over an hour. Took a while to draw his chin, but it worked out. Didn't help much that his face was tilted up. Anywho, this is how he was posed on the cover of Razorblade Romance. It was fun drawing him ^_^...The only thing that disturbs me is the fact that those who don't know who he is tend to think he's Micheal Jackson >_<

Anywho...I need to work on my angles n' whatnot...THEN I'll be able to get this somewhat 'perfected', despite the fact that there's no such thing as perfection and all...*shrugs*

Criticism welcome, as long as it's constructive. What do I need to work on? Is there anything about this peice that draws your eye away from the overall peice? (example being grainy shading) Things like that. Your advice helps a lot in the 'self improvement' department. Thank you ^_^
